My name is N'Krysta Kramer. I grew up in Connecticut. I have six wonderful siblings. I have lived in Arizona for the past five years. In my free time I play sports (mostly pickleball and volleyball), read voraciously, try as much new food as possible, and spend quality time with friends.
Relationships - I believe in surrounding myself with people who reflect strong values and who believe in themselves/ their inherent worth. I want them to show up at their best selves and want them to have that same expectation of me.
Organization - I love organizing, not simply because it is beautiful but because good organization results in common, effective systems. They provide consistency while allowing growth.
Intention - Life happens to all of us. I want to show up and be an active participant in my life.

I have worked as a public school teacher for the past five years. My first year teaching was interrupted by the pandemic. Although, it felt like a derailment at the time, overall I am grateful. I had to navigate new curriculum and manage student growth while exploring technology. Because of the pandemic, I learned about the power of technology. As a teacher, I played around with all the new tools and I was intrigued. I loved seeing my students learn and to have the data in real time about their increase of knowledge. I strongly believe in purposeful instructional design and want to help others feel the success it brings.
I want to be a part of a team. I believe teams help each other show up as their best selves. They give constructive criticism and work towards a common goal. I want to be an active part in a community.
